What we do

We bring listings, booking requests, secure payments, and on-platform messaging together in one place. Owners can earn from tools that might otherwise sit unused, while renters can access what they need without the cost of buying new.

How we support trust and safety

We support a safer rental experience through account checks, clear booking records, and practical dispute support when issues arise. Our team continuously improves these processes so owners and renters can use CoHire with confidence.

Technology and AI

We may use data to operate, secure, and improve the platform and to provide user support. If you use optional tools that generate or refine listing text, we send the title, category, description or draft, and any notes you enter for that tool to an AI provider to produce a suggestion-you choose whether to use it. We do not send your account name or stored address fields to that provider for those features unless you typed them into the listing or notes yourself. We do not use personal data to train public or general-purpose AI models.
